When you come in for your massage session, my goal is help you reach your goal. Whether you are looking to de-stress on a monthly basis, or you are coming to me with a chronic pain situation that you are looking to relieve, we will discuss a plan to reach your goal. I may suggest the use of hot stones, myofascial cupping therapy, stretching, essential oils, and/ or other tools or products that can help aid in each session to give you the best possible outcome. Please feel free to communicate your likes and dislikes about my suggestions, as this is really for your best interest. In some cases, no tools or products are nessasary, and each session could be different as our bodies give us clues as to what we need most.
